Eucalyptus oil for candy and chewing gum flavoring

Eucalyptus Oil (INCI: Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, CAS 8000-48-4) is a natural volatile essential oil steam-distilled from fresh leaves and branches of Eucalyptus trees. It is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with a characteristic cooling eucalyptus aroma. Its core active ingredient is 1,8-cineole (eucalyptol), with a typical content of 70%–85%. It exhibits expectorant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, insect repellent and cooling analgesic properties.
