Notice on 2026 New Year's Day Holiday Arrangement and Service Adjustment

In accordance with the national legal holiday arrangement and combined with our company's actual situation, we hereby notify you of the New Year's Day holiday schedule and service adjustments for your advance planning:

I. Holiday Schedule

We will be on holiday from Thursday, January 1st to Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, for a total of 3 days.

Normal office work will resume on Sunday, January 4th, 2026.

II. Business and Service Arrangements

Order Processing

To ensure the smooth delivery of pre-holiday orders, we recommend you submit all orders before 17:00 on Tuesday, December 30th; these orders will be processed on a priority basis. Orders submitted during the holiday (January 1st to 3rd) will be processed uniformly in sequence starting from January 4th.

Online Services

The company official website and product pages will remain accessible as usual. During the holiday, the online consultation and order placement channels will stay open, but real-time response from our human customer service will be suspended. All messages will be replied to within 24 hours on the first working day after the holiday.

Logistics and Shipment

Shipment will be suspended from January 1st to 3rd, 2026. Orders confirmed before the holiday will be arranged for logistics as normal. If you have any urgent shipment requirements, please coordinate with your dedicated business consultant before Friday, December 26th for advance arrangement. Shipment services will resume on January 4th, and all backlogged orders are expected to be dispatched within 3 working days.

III. Warm Reminder

To avoid any impact of the holiday on your business arrangements, we recommend you make advance plans with reference to the above timelines. If you have any special needs, please contact your exclusive business representative in a timely manner, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

We will process all backlogged matters at the first time after the holiday, and give priority to advancing urgent orders and cooperation projects to ensure a smooth connection of work.
